Professional, corrected one very minor problem the next day (weekend).

We are so impressed with the product and feel our home is now very protected. The sales person was knowledgeable and non-pressure, just the facts and the costing. The product itself was done professionally and there were no questions asked about fixing anything that we saw that needed attention. The admin was very accommodating about our schedule and helpful in scheduling that was convenient for us. We are happy with the product and that fact that it is guaranteed for 25 years and feel confident that if we need to get anything touched up, they will be here for us. What a great look! Reading all the previous reviews and hearing them on my radio station-KTAR, I had to check these guys out for myself. Greg came out, right when expected and gave us a detail breakdown of RhinoShield's process. Not the 'Wham-Bam thank-you maam' of other painting companies. Greg answered every question, told us many things we didn't even think to ask. Thoroughly describing why the RhinoShield product is much better than the others. Ok, they cost a little bit more but the value is indisputable. We couldn't use anyone else, no one compared. Then, Junior and his crew arrives. Phoenix, Az. mid August they worked efficiently, very hard and paid close attention to detail. There was no damage to anything at my house, they cleaned up and even swept at the end of each day.Great experience, Great product. Great company you cannot ask for anything more!!

To start this I can say that these were the most professional, caring people from the longtime, sales educator & representative Tim Mathews, to Chandler the AZ project Manager, Travis who just works well with everyone, and we appreciate the talented employee at Rhino Shield (e valley office) who patiently took 10 to 15 minutes per 5 gallons of paint preparation. The Professional, well trained, efficient, resourceful, detail oriented Paint Crew headed by mastermind, JUNIOR are Siri, Alberto, Jesus and Tony. Early everyday, good communicators especially JR and Chandler they like fric and frac: seamless. Instead of being stressed we had complete confidence, knowledge upfront how caring, complete their painting skills were by the best prep, prewrap work. Thank you again for the love you put into our home by your time, care and expert knowledge.

After a disappointing exterior paint application by a local Phoenix painting company in 2022 I reached out to Rhino Shield in August 2024. Although Rhino Shield's 25 year warranty was a positive factor to consider, I admired their focus and desire to truly exceed my needs and expectations. From beginning to end, Chandler the Project Manager and Gerard the on-site Construction Team Lead were awesome to work with. They addressed and corrected discrepancies from my earlier exterior painting application and created a beautiful, flawless coating and appearance. The entire event was timely and totally seamless - thank you Rhino Shield.

We were very pleased with the quality of work. The lead kept us informed about each process. They did a great job painting the artistic part of our garage with 3 different colors! We would highly recommend them.

The Rhino Shield process takes longer and is more expensive than standard house paint jobs but in the end it is well worth it! Even though there are new houses being built in our neighborhood, we have by far the best looking home! In the middle of June I called and talked to Crystal to set up an appointment with a Rhino Shield Sales Rep. Crystal was so poilite and made me feel like family. In late June the Rhino Shield Sales Rep Jason came to our home. He was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions. We felt comfortable and not pressured to make the deal. The Production Manager was Chandler who did a great job coordinating the project. The prep took 1 day and the application took an additional day due to the size of our home. Overall, very pleased with the color and job. I don't have to paint my home for 25 years.

We had Rhino Shield paint our single level home. Junior and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional and courteous. The work was done quickly - we expected a 3-day project, but they finished after 2 days. Junior answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop as the job progressed. We did a thorough walk-through and are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the product. Since posting this honest but less than flattering review we were contacted by Daniel McGrew, production manager, who wanted to clear up our questions and make us happier with the Rhino Shield company. Daniel and Tyler (who is with Galaxy Concrete) both came to our house to answer the questions we had and to offer a discount if we wanted to get our concrete patio done. Daniel gave us information that answered our questions and also promised to visit with Tim about misstating the warranty. Then Tyler offered us a discounted price on our patios which we accepted. The patio concrete coating was finished on July 2, 2024 and looks amazing and goes well with our newly painted house. Thank you to Daniel and Tyler for caring enough to go out of your way to make us happy with Rhino Shield. Original review - Although we are very happy with the finished product of our newly painted house, we did have some concerns.1. We were told a crew would be coming to our house - only one person ever showed up.2. Chandler was on vacation that week, we never heard from our project manager, Nathan, though we did text him with concerns.3. Adam was our painter and we think he did a nice job. We did have questions though that we would have liked someone else to address - such as, Is a normal workday 5 hours?, Is it normal for a crew to not show up for 5 days? We were told the house would get 2 coats of the Rhino Shield - Adam said he sprayed horizontally and then immediately vertically to give it the 2 coats and it didn't have to dry between the 2 coats. Is that true?4. Tim, our sales rep who sold us on Rhino Shield , said it was guaranteed for 25 years. That was one of the main reasons we signed the contract and thought it was worth the amount of money we paid. After the job was complete, the warranty paper arrived by email. It said full replacement coverage was just 5 years, after that if there were problems, Rhino Shield would provide replacement paint but we would have to hire the painters.I guess I would still appreciate someone contacting me about my concerns. When the job was completed I sent a group text to Tim, Nathan and Chandler. Chandler, who had been gone on vacation during the entire job, was the only one courteous enough to respond to my text, even though he was not involved.

RhinoShield Wowed UsWhen we moved to Arizona in December 2019, we were so excited to begin a new chapter away from the Midwest and away from those freezing winters. I know I speak for my husband when I say we were not ready for the heat in Arizona. The summers here are hot, but I still would trade them for the winters!By the time fall came, we started to notice that our green house was turning different shades of green and needed a new coat of paint. We had contractors out to give us bids and found out this happens when too much water is added to the paint to make it “go” further. After doing some research, we found my own father had his home painted three times in 17 years and it needed another paint job. So, in less than 20 years my dad had painted his house four times, and he lives in the California desert.This is when we found RhinoShield and had a rep come out. Lorenzo, who was our wonderful rep, told us how they guarantee their product to last AND look freshly painted for 25 years. Paint once in 25 years, not four times in 20 years. Yes, it is a bit more than if you just hired a regular painter or even did it yourself, however, if you think of the cost x 4, you will be saving money by hiring RhinoShield.Our team leader was Jose M, and he and his team were wonderful! They prepped, primed and painted quickly and efficiently. When they were finished, they walked me around and looked at everything. I did not see anything that needed attention but when my husband came home, he found that a couple of the drains on the windowsills had blockage. Jose quickly came back and addressed the issue and then walked my husband through what they did.My husband and I highly recommend our rep Lorenzo and the team who took care of our home with great care, Jose M and his team. Yes, the amount you pay is more than a regular one-time paint job for your home, however the savings is you won’t need to paint three to four times in the span of your 25-year guarantee you have with RhinoShield. This is a beautiful look, and we love it. It has already been a little over a year and looks like it was painted yesterday.

We are thrilled with the new look of our home, it is absolutely gorgeous. Our outdoor spaces are suddenly my favorite places to hang out thanks to the beautiful exterior. Rhino Shield has so many color choices, too, we were able to find exactly what we wanted. The trim, garage doors and exterior doors have never looked this good. The warranty is amazing and it is so easy to spray off any dirt. The work crew was incredibly skilled and they worked with us to accommodate our three big dogs. And it all started with Jon C., our sales representative, who was absolutely amazing. He explained the Rhino Shield process, our many questions, provided a same day quote and worked with us to suit our needs. Thank you, Jon, and the entire Rhino Shield team!

From the salesman to the project manager to the administrative staff to the crew and crew boss, everyone at Rhino Shield has been a joy to work with. Their attention to detail, especially making sure the color was perfect, and their commitment to communication made this project go smoothly and easily every step of the way. When our old siding needed to be replaced, they had an experienced crew available at a reasonable cost and it only delayed the finish by a few days. After it was done, a small piece had been missed and they sent the crew out to do it right away. As you can see by the pictures, it turned out beautiful! We are very happy with Rhino Shield and highly recommend them!!!

Where do I start?!?! Greg, our sales rep, was so helpful and provided clear explanation of the process and what we could expect with the finished product. Then Junior, and his crew, were absolutely amazing! They were quick to get to work on our project, efficient and clearly good at what they do. They took such great care of ensuring everything NOT getting painted was masked appropriately, and that no overspray or paint droplets were left behind on our pavers or travertine. And the finished product has left us speechless!! We will highly recommend RhinoShield AZ to everyone!! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The experience with all of the RhinoShield crew was excellent. They communicated, arrived when scheduled, worked with the best color match possible, and completed the work well and cleaned up after the work. Bravo to them. Time will tell if the product performs as well as advertised.

I cannot say enough good about this experience and the quality of the finished work. From beginning to end, the sales estimate to the final walk through, it was an excellent journey. Tim came out to educate us and give us an estimate. He was nothing but pleasant, informative and a great 1st exposure to Rhino Shield for us. All questions answered, no high sales pressure. Chandler then called in advance of work starting and again went through a detailed work plan and set expectations and answered questions. Because of my schedule, the scheduling and the work crew was very flexible and worked to meet my needs throughout the project. Then the best of the experience began when Junior and his crew showed up. Junior and his crew are outstanding! Hands down. Communication, professionalism, workmanship, they have it all. We had a couple challenges in my project to work through, (nothing on the part of the crew) but I never felt any resistance or hesitation from Junior or his manager Chandler to resolve it to my satisfaction. On the final walk through, we had only a very few little items as Junior and his crew had already done their own quality control checks. It was a very pleasant experience, my property was left in better condition than when they started, (and not just talking about the coating/painting of the house) and it is like we have a new house, from the Roof to the foundation (yes we coated our roof also). The staff at Rhino Shield AZ was great to work with. Greg, the Sale Rep, was very informative about the Rhino Shield product, and the installation process for applying Rhino Shield and reviewed the steps from signing a contract, selecting colors, installation, our approval of the work and receiving the warranty. Greg was very pleasant to talk with and did not use any hard sell tactics. Maddie, the Scheduler, helped with scheduling a start date and kept us informed as the start date approached. Chandler, the Field Manager, contacted us a few days before the job was to start to get our color choices and give us an arrival window. Day one of the project , the Rhino Shield installation crew and Chandler arrived on time. Chandler , Orlando (crew lead) and I walked the perimeter of the house, reviewing what was to be painted which color, and noted any minor repairs to the siding or house trim. The installation process started with preparing the house: power washing, scraping loose paint or caulking, masking windows and doors, exterior lights, outlets, eave vents. Then caulking any holes or cracks in the siding. The primer coat was applied to the siding and eaves 2 sides of the house allowed to dry, then the final coat was applied. This was repeated for the remaining 2 side of the house. Then the roof facia, window and door trim were primed and painted. After that Orlando & I walked around the house to identify areas to be touched up, which the crew took care of. We did a final walk through after the touch ups were completed. We are very satisfied not only with the "paint" job itself but with dealing with the Rhino Shield AZ team. They are knowledgeable, professional and care about pleasing & satisfying their customers.

I can’t say enough about our experience with this company & the team. From the initial consultation with Tim (spending lots of time answering all our questions), to Maddie working out the schedule and Chandler explaining the timeline and wrapping up the project. Wow, what a great team! We have been thinking about getting the house painted for about a year now and finally decided to get it done. I am familiar with the Rhino Liner product as I've used it on my vehicle underbodies for a very long time. That, along with the advertisements in the mailed circular is what drove me to Rhino Shield of Arizona for my house.I knew the product would be more expensive than a standard paint job, so I went in with eyes wide open. Scheduling the initial meeting with Greg was simple and he arrived right when he said he would. We walked around the house, it's big, and identified just how big the job was going to be. It is a stucco house and the stucco was in mostly good shape with some cracks here and there, but we also knew we would need some repairs. Greg prepared the quote and made sure we knew the paint crew project manager would do the assessment on the stucco repair and provide that quote after they arrived. Greg was very up front about everything to expect and there were no surprises.Scheduling the work was a breeze and was only a bit over a week out from the initial meeting with Greg. David, the PM, came out and looked over the house, identified the stucco repairs and gave me the quote. In between meeting with Greg and David coming out, we started looking more closely at the house and realized the stucco was in worse shape than we thought. I knew we would need more work than I initially thought. Just like Greg, David was extremely open and there were no surprises and he told me everything he would recommend. When the rest of the team arrived, they went straight to work and the Team lead, Victor, and the rest of the crew were professional and extremely talented. This crew is absolutely amazing.Being Arizona, you wouldn't think we'd have rain days, but we did. When that happened, some of the stucco repairs hadn't cured and they had to be reworked. There were no complaints from the team, just the same professional attitude they had through the whole process. I also had another contractor coming out on one of the days for a different project and they couldn't have any other contractors on site for liability reasons. David said that was not a problem and they would resume their work the following day.Finally, now that the work is complete, it looks absolutely amazing. The colors we chose match the samples perfectly, the cracks are gone, the parapets are all repaired, and now I know we have an exterior that will stand up to what Arizona dishes out. I'm also comforted by the fact the work has a 25-year warranty. For anybody considering Rhino Shield, know it will cost more than standard paint, but will last decades, is backed up by an incredible team who take their jobs seriously, and a warranty you cannot beat with paint.

When my wife and I decided it was time to repaint our house I was looking at several items when choosing a painter. After doing homework I found Rhino Shield to a QUALITY COMPANY. After with salesman Will I felt REALLY COMFORTABLE WITH OUR DECISION.BUT WHEN FORMAN JUNIOR AND HIS INCREDIBLE CREW SHOWED UP I NEW FOR SURE THIS WAS GOING TO BE A INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUNIOR kept me informed every step of the way. We have a 2,200 sq. ft. Home with a 14’x16’ outbuilding. He and his crew were done in 2 days. I got a QUALITY JOB AND THE CLEANUP WAS FABULOUS. I FOUND 1 piece of tape 4” long. NOTHING ELSE. THANKS JUNIOR AND YOUR FABULOUS CREW.

The whole process was extremely easy. From the sales to the paint crew. The paint crew really to great lengths to insure I was completely satisfied with the work. It was expensive, but I believe it was worth every penny.

Our 10 year old home in Eastmark just got a facelift! Rhino Shield made our home look brand new! And the knowledge that their coatings is far superior (and thicker) than regular paint gives me peace of mind that I won’t have to worry about the exterior of my home for a long long time. A shout-out to the techs - Junior, Jesús,Ariel, and Ciri for doing a great job applying the coating and protecting our home during the process. We are very satisfied with the work Rhino Shield did on our home. After a thorough inspection, it was determined our home required a lot of repair work to the stucco prior to applying the product as we had many cracks and had replaced a glass block window with a regular window which needed new exterior framing. The workmanship by the stucco team exceeded our expectations. The entire Rhino team were very professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Tim and Chandler ensured every detail was addressed.
